About Us
As our name implies, our focus is on families. Moms, dads, and children are all involved and take part in the services.
We do not have a full time minister but share the worship planning responsibility each week. Different families plan the music, speakers, weekly communion, testimonies and child activities. Our kids love to go to church!
Whether you are young, old, married, or single you will enjoy our fellowship. It is a place where you can easily invite friends and feel comfortable. It is more like worshipping in your family room as opposed to a sanctuary.
Our Worship Services
We meet at 10:00 am for fellowship, donuts, and coffee. All together family worship starts at 10:30a.
Different members also host prayer nights in their homes throughout the week. During warmer seasons, we occasionally meet at Edwin Warner Park for church picnics.

We are currently a mobile church without a permanent meeting place. Upcoming meeting locations will be posted in the Announcements section.
Find a seat on a bench, chair, or sofa, wherever you feel comfortable. We usually sing, hear a message, share communion, and pray together.
Families, children, and singles all participate. Visitors are welcome to observe or join in as they feel comfortable.
We communicate to our visitors and members via email and text messages. There is usually one message a week that tells where we are meeting and any special events.
Our History and Mission
Our church gathering started during the Covid lockdown in the spring of 2020. Our first service was in a backyard under a tent that was rented for an outdoor wedding. Families that participated enjoyed the fellowship so much that we continued meeting together in a pavilion at Edwin Warner Park.
Blackberry Family Church does not have a full-time minister, but instead, the teaching is provided by the four elders, members, and an occasional guest speaker.
Blackberry Family Church is intentional about evangelism, discipleship, and following the Holy Spirit's leading. Since our start in 2020, thirty-three individuals have come to faith and been baptized.

Bible Reading
One of the common beliefs and practices at Blackberry Family Church is spending time in the word of God. Several families read through the entire Bible in a year and have done so for over a decade.
Common approaches include reading straight through, following a chronological plan, using a daily reading Bible, or using digital tools such as Bible apps, audio readings, and study resources.

The members of the Blackberry Family Church have been meeting together since June 2020. The founding member families formalized the church organization in October 2021 for the purposes of conducting church business and establishing church bylaws for future operation of the church.
The following list of bylaws has been created by the founding members and voted on by the church membership on October 31, 2021 and passed unanimously.
